My A/C went out completely and I have a party starting in four hours. I called Ameri Air and the office manager was able to get a tech to my home in two hours. He was nice and very professional. He was honest in letting me know my A/C unit was over 10 years old and I needed a new unit. He fixed the A/C and the cool air starting blowing. I will be calling Ameri Air back out with in a month to replace my old unit.

We are very pleased to have found Mr. James Chapman. After a brutal and lengthy heat wave our 25 yr old A/C bit the dust. On a Friday. On Labor Day weekend. Other companies we contacted could not see us for 2 weeks, 5 days, maybe Tues?

He carefully explained our options and costs then had a new unit installed and running by the next morning.
